Does your horse "not" like men?

Did you know many horses don't like men orare frightened of them?
Honestly, I can't recall a time when I'veseen a horse take a dislike to a woman.
Is it because men have approximately 50percent more strength than women and exert it?
Perhaps.
But regarless of gender, a horse can dislikeanyone who mistreats him.
Yesterday, I read where experts agree women aregentler and more tactful which brings them successwith horses.
No matter if the trainer is male or female, each has its advantages.
In my thinking, it doesn't matter if you're male or female...as long as you don't mistreat yourhorse you are doing right (for the most part).
Obviously, there's a lot of information oneneeds to know to sucessfully own a horse. You justread an example of good information to know.
I've received a surprising amount of emails fromwives who's horses did NOT like the husband - andthe wives were absolutely baffled by it. Why? Be-cause almost all of them said "I don't get it...myhusband is hardly ever around my horse and hasn'tdone a thing to him!"
But if these horse owners had known this infor-mation then they would have understood and been ableto effectively deal with and fix the situation.
Instead, they were "in the dark" and never success-fully enjoyed their horses as much as they could have.
Just goes to show you how important it is to haveas much knowledge about horses as possible.
Thus, if you're new to horses and have a passion toknow more...especially the stuff you need to know nowto take good care of your horse...I urge you to read about the QuantumLEAP No BS Horse Course.
