Which reward should you use on your horse?

Yesterday, I talked a little about re-
warding your horse.

I talked about four different ways to
do it.

A lot of people don't it give it much
thought but you might think about how to
reward your horse based off his personality
(and, of course, the ease with which the
reward can be given.)

So for example, some horses can actually
be shy. They tend to prefer caressing and
spoken to softly. Same goes for sensitive
horses.

Other horses may perfer an obvious app-
roval. Some may be more partial to being fed
treats.

No doubt I'll hear from people who say
"don't feed your horse treats as a reward!"
But!!!...everyone has their own method. So
I'm not gonna say one's better 'n the other.

I have my ways, and they have theirs.

As long as it gets the desired results, and
it's treating the horse kindly then I say
stick with it unless you find something works
better for you.

Talk to you later.

Sincerely,

Andy Curry
