Telephone Ordering Instructions

Before calling, please have the following information ready:

2. Quantity of each item you want to order

3. Credit Card Number and Expiration Date

4. Mailing Information (Name, address, etc.)
(Please don't assume we'll know spelling of names - spell out unusual names
and speak slowly because we want to send your order to you immediately)

5. Leave us your phone number and email address.
(In case there is a question, we may need to contact you)

6. Tell us where you heard about the product you are ordering.

Leave your information on our voice mail. (You may hear the phone ring up to 4 times before being answered)

We check messages several times per day so rest assured we will process your order very quickly.

You can call your order in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are "telephone-ordering" an eBook version of the product you want, you will receive an email (usually within 24 hours) with instructions on how to download and view your eBook. Thus, it's REAL important you give us correct information.
